Returns and Refunds Policy

Software and other digital products provided by Superman Marketing (referred to as this site) are non-refundable once purchased, unless we have a special commitment.customerTake screenshots to prove it.
All digital products such as online courses, unless we have additional agreements, do not have a seven-day appreciation period according to Taiwan Consumer Protection Law, and no refunds are allowed once purchased.
Our "Internet entrepreneurshipAccelerator" consulting services, the refund or not will be regulated by a separate contract.
Refund terms for software sold on this site:
All software sold on this site provides lifetime use rights, which means that it can be used during the life cycle of the software. Any business is accompanied by risks and force majeure factors. Therefore, if the software decides to stop service at our discretion , all existing customers must have no objections.
We will try our best to maintain and sell our products. As a profit-making enterprise, this is our responsibility and obligation. Thank you for your support.
If the software needs to be temporarily stopped for more than one month due to force majeure (such as FB destructive updates causing the software to fail to operate, host maintenance, hacker intrusions, etc.), you agree that this site will compensate you for the equivalent consumption points (https://www.isuperman.tw/rewards) without further refund. However, if the software maintenance or update period is less than one month, you agree that you will not require a partial refund of the monthly fee or consumption points. Please consider this risk before purchasing this site's marketing software.
If you purchase a monthly fee product, it will be stated in the product pricing. This site uses LINE PAY for regular fixed-amount deductions, and the payment will be automatically deducted from the credit card bound to your LINE Pay account every month. You can cancel the subscription by yourself in "My Account" or write in advance to inform us of the cancellation. We will cancel it for you immediately. Otherwise, we will not provide partial refund once the payment is deducted.
If you are an annual paid member of the software, before we decide to close the software, we will convert your unused software usage time into another similarly priced software to compensate us for discontinuing the software. Members shall not have any objection to the decision, or to recharge equivalent consumption points into your account.
Disclaimer: If your FB or IG and other social accounts are closed, suspended or blocked due to your use of our marketing software, we are not responsible for this. If marketing software is abused, it may be automatically punished by the platform. We cannot control how users use our software, so users should be responsible for their own usage. However, we will try our best to remind users how to use it safely during teaching. Our software. If we find that a user is using it for any illegal or negative purposes such as spamming, we have the right to immediately suspend his or her account without refund.
Regulations on refunds for physical courses or lectures
Once physical lecture tickets are sold, we do not provide refunds. However, we can convert it into equivalent spending points for you.
If the above terms are insufficient, they will be updated and supplemented at any time without prior notice to members.
